3.2 Prohibited Rights (No)

4. AI & Data Use Prohibition (No AI Rights)

You are expressly prohibited from using any Content from this Site for:

  • Training or improving artificial intelligence models

  • Generative AI systems (including but not limited to image, video, or multimodal models)

  • Data sets, embeddings, scraping, or machine learning pipelines

This prohibition applies regardless of whether the AI system is commercial, non-commercial, open-source, or private.

Unauthorized AI use constitutes copyright infringement and breach of these Terms.

5. Unauthorized Use & Enforcement

Any unauthorized use of the Content may result in:
